We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth -- We spread it forth; O excellent Smoothers! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
