No! By the moon 32 And [by] the night when it departs 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 A warning to mankind,- 36 to whoever of you desires to go forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained 38 Except the people of the right hand, 39 [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other 40 And (ask) of the Sinners: 41 "What has brought you into the Fire of Hell ?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 Nor did we used to feed the poor. 44 And we have been wading with the waders. 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 Till the Inevitable came unto us. 47 So the intercession of the intercessors will not benefit them. (The disbelievers will not have any intercessor.) 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 As if they were startled donkeys – 50 running away from a lion? 51 Indeed, each one of them desires to be given unrolled scrolls. 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
