[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 preferring the present life, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
