The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
