The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
