The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
