The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
