Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen he who belied the Recompense? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
