The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 What, have they not regarded the earth, how many therein We have caused to grow of every generous kind? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
