In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the loosed ones successively 1 And the winds that blow violently 2 Consider these [messages] that spread [the truth] far and wide, 3 And those [angels] who bring criterion 4 and those hurling a reminder 5 excusing or warning, 6 Indeed what you are promised, will surely befall. 7 So when stars are effaced. 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 and when the Messengers' time is set, 11 For what Day was it postponed? 12 one will be told, "To the Day of Distinction". 13 What will explain to you what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients, 16 and make others settle after them in their land? 17 Thus do We deal with the criminals. 18 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 19 Created We you not of water despicable, 20 and place it in a secure place 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 So We proportion it-- how well are We at proportioning (things). 23 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 24 Did We not make the earth as a gathering place 25 the living and the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 28 “Move towards what you used to deny!” 29 Depart into the shadow of three masses, 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 Verily! It (Hell) throws sparks (huge) as Al-Qasr [a fort or a Qasr (huge log of wood)], 32 So like golden camels." 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 Nor will it be permitted for them to make an excuse. 36 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 37 That is the Day of Judgement on which We have assembled you as well as all those who went before you. 38 If now ye have any wit, outwit Me. 39 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
