When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, "Thou art but a forger": but most of them understand not. 101 (Muhammad), say, "The Holy Spirit has brought the Quran from your Lord to you in all truth to strengthen the faith of the believers and to be a guide and glad news for the Muslims". 102 Indeed, We know what they say, "It is only a human being who imparts [all] this to him!" But the tongue of him to whom they point is foreign, whereas this is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those who do not believe in the words of God are verily not guided by God. For them is severe punishment. 104 They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the verses of Allah, and it is those who are the liars. 105 The one who disbelieves in Allah after accepting faith – except him who is forced to and whose heart is still firmly upon faith – but whoever is wholeheartedly a disbeliever, upon them is the wrath of Allah; and for them is a great punishment. 106 For they loved the life of this world more than the life to come; and God does not guide those who do not believe. 107 These are they upon whose hearts and hearing and sight Allah hath set a seal; and these! they are the negligent. 108 without a doubt, in the world to come they will be the losers. 109 ۞ Then lo! thy Lord - for those who became fugitives after they had been persecuted, and then fought and were steadfast - lo! thy Lord afterward is (for them) indeed Forgiving, Merciful. 110
