Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 who has created and shaped, 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
