Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which weighed down thy back; 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8
Almighty Allah's Truth.
