And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him; and We are nearer to him than the hearts artery. 16 Since the two scribes are sitting on each of his shoulders, he does not utter a word which is not recorded immediately by the watchful scribes. 17 He uttereth no word but there is with him an observer ready. 18 And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!" 19 And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. 20 And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness. 21 Assuredly thou wast in neglect thereof; now We have removed from off thee thy veil, so thy sight Today is piercing. 22 His companion said: “Here is he who was in my charge.” 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 hinderer of good, transgressor, causing others to doubt, 25 Who had set up another god with God. Cast him into severe torment." 26 ۞ His Companion will say: "Our Lord! I did not make him transgress, but he was (himself) far astray." 27 He will say, “Do not dispute before Me – I had already warned you of the punishment.” 28 There is no changing of My word, nor am I unjust to My creatures." 29
