To God belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And on the day when the Hour is come, upon that day the vain-doers shall lose. 27 On that Day you shall see every people fallen on their knees. Every people will be summoned to come forth and see its Record and will be told: “Today you shall be requited for your deeds. 28 This is Our Record which bears witness against you with truth; We used to record all what you did.” 29 So as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is what is the clear attainment. 30 But those who rejected the truth [will be asked], "When My revelations were recited to you, were you not arrogant and did you not persist in wicked deeds? 31 And when it was said: Lo! Allah's promise is the truth, and there is no doubt of the Hour's coming, ye said: We know not what the Hour is. We deem it naught but a conjecture, and we are by no means convinced. 32 The evil of their actions will then become clear to them. The punishment they mocked will engulf them. 33 And it shall be said: Today We forsake you as you neglected the meeting of this day of yours and your abode is the fire, and there are not for you any helpers: 34 “This is because you mocked at the signs of Allah, and the worldly life deceived you”; so this day they are not to be removed from the fire, nor will anyone seek amends from them. 35 All praise, then, unto Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 And His alone is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
