Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 who show off, 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
