Nooh 2 of 2

Prayed Nooh, “O my Lord! They have disobeyed me, and they follow the one whose wealth and children increase nothing for him except ruin.” 21 And who have plotted a tremendous plot 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 And they have led many astray. Increase Thou not the evildoers save in error!' 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers on the earth! 26 For surely if Thou leave them they will lead astray Thy servants, and will not beget any but immoral, ungrateful (children) 27 "O my Sustainer! Grant Thy forgiveness unto me and unto my parents, and unto everyone who enters my house as a believer, and unto all believing men and believing women [of later times]; and grant Thou that the doers of evil shall increasingly meet with destruction!" 28

God the Almighty always says the truth.
