For, behold, it is the God-conscious [alone] whom gardens of bliss await with their Sustainer: 34 Shall We treat the Muslims like criminals? 35 What is the matter with you then, how do you judge? 36 Or have ye a book through which ye learn- 37 That indeed for you is whatever you choose? 38 Or have you received from Us an agreement confirmed by an oath extending to the day of resurrection that you shall surely have what you demand? 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or have they associates if they are truthful. 41 Upon the day when the leg shall be bared, and they shall be summoned to bow themselves, but they cannot; 42 Lowered will be their eyes, disgrace overwhelming them. They had indeed been called to bow in homage when they were free of blame. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 I am giving them a respite. Great is My scheme! 45 Do you demand some recompense from them that would weigh them down with debt? 46 Or that the Unseen is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 So wait patiently for the judgment of your Lord, and be not like the companion of the fish, when he cried while he was in distress. 48 Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace. 49 Then his Lord chose him and placed him among the upright. 50 But the unbelievers would like to stare you out of balance when they hear the warning, and say: "Surely he is possessed;" 51 But it is not except a reminder to the worlds. 52
