The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

A. L. M. 1 This is the Book; there is no doubt in it. It is a guide for those who are mindful of God, 2 Who believe in the Unseen, and establish prayer, and out of that wherewith We have provided them expend. 3 And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter. 4 These are guided by their Lord; these surely are the prosperous. 5 As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe. 6 Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing and there is a covering over their eyes, and there is a great punishment for them. 7
