And verily We gave unto Moses nine tokens, clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty). Do but ask the Children of Israel how he came unto them, then Pharaoh said unto him: Lo! I deem thee one bewitched, O Moses. 101 He said: Truly you know that none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth has sent down these as clear proof and most surely I believe you, O Firon, to be given over to perdition. 102 And he wished to scare them from the land, but We drowned him and those with him, all together. 103 And We said to the Israelites after him: Dwell in the land: and when the promise of the next life shall come to pass, we will bring you both together in judgment. 104 And with truth We have sent it down and with truth it hath come down; and We have not sent thee but as a bringer of glad tidings and a warner. 105 And this is a Recitation which We have made distinct that thou mayest recite it unto mankind with delay, and We have revealed it at intervals. 106 Say: 'Believe in it, or do not believe. When it is recited to those to whom knowledge was given before they fall prostrate upon their faces 107 and say, "Glory to our Lord! Our Lord's promise is bound to be fulfilled." 108 And they fall down on their faces weeping and it adds to their humility. ۩ 109 Say, "Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever [name] you call - to Him belong the best names." And do not recite [too] loudly in your prayer or [too] quietly but seek between that an [intermediate] way. 110 Say: "Praise be to Allah, who begets no son, and has no partner in (His) dominion: Nor (needs) He any to protect Him from humiliation: yea, magnify Him for His greatness and glory!" 111
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Night Journey (Al-Isra). Sent down in Mecca after Stories (Al-Qasas) before Jonah (Younus)
