And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
