▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But such as fears the Station of his Lord, for them shall be two gardens -- 46 (jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 47 (Gardens) with many branches. 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In the two Gardens flow two springs. 50 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 51 therein of every fruit two kinds -- 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them. 56 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 Shall the recompense of kindness be aught save kindness? 60 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 61 And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - 62 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 63 Two Gardens, dark green and fresh. 64 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 In both of them will be [all kinds of] fruit, and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 69 In them are goodly things, beautiful ones. 70 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blest be the name of thine Lord, Owner Of Majesty and Beneficence! 78
