Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day will surely come when We shall gather the God-fearing like [honoured] guests before the Compassionate God 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 None will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from Ar-Rahman. 87 And they say: the Compassionate hath taken a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
