Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 We shall now make you read (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), so you will not forget. 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy unto thee the easy way. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
