۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and they have enraged us, 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
