And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
