Say: "I do no more than invoke my Lord, and I join not with Him any (false god)." 20 Say: "Verily, it is not in my power to cause you harm or to endow you with consciousness of what is right." 21 Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge: 22 But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger - then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever. 23 Till the time when they will see what they are promised – so they will now come to know whose aide is weak, and who is lesser in number. 24 (Muhammad), say, "I do not know whether that with which you have been threatened is close by or whether my Lord will prolong the time of its coming. 25 He is the Knower of the unseen, and He discloseth not His unseen unto anyone. 26 unless it be to an apostle whom He has been pleased to elect [there for]: and then He sends forth [the forces of heaven] to watch over him in whatever lies open before him and in what is beyond his ken 27 so that He may know that they have delivered the Messages of their Lord and He encompasses all that is with them, and He has counted everything in numbers' 28
