The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
