The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Do they not look at the earth,- how many noble things of all kinds We have produced therein? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
