Al-Naba' 2 of 2
[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 Gardens and vineyards, 32 and maidens with swelling breasts, like of age, 33 and a cup [of happiness] overflowing. 34 There they shall not hear any idle talk, or any untruth: 35 a recompense from your Lord and an ample reward 36 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all whatever is between them – the Most Gracious – with Whom no one will have the right to talk. 37 The day on which the spirit and the angels shall stand in ranks; they shall not speak except he whom the Beneficent Allah permits and who speaks the right thing. 38 That is without doubt the True Day, so, whosoever wills, let him seek a place with (or a way to) His Lord (by obeying Him in this worldly life)! 39 Verily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust!" 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
