Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allah's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliya' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). 102 Say, "Shall I tell you of those who will lose the most through their actions? 103 “Of those whose efforts are lost in (pursuit of) the life of this world, and they think that they are doing good deeds.” 104 Those are the ones who refused to believe in the revelations of their Lord and that they are bound to meet Him. Hence, all their deeds have come to naught, and We shall assign no weight to them on the Day of Resurrection. 105 That will be their recompense - [their] hell - for having denied the truth and made My messages and My apostles a target of their mockery. 106 As for those who believe and do good works, the Gardens of Paradise shall be there to welcome them; 107 As abiders therein, they shall not seek therefrom any change. 108 Say:. 'If the sea were ink for the Words of my Lord, the sea would be spent before the Words of my Lord are spent, though We brought replenishment the like of it.' 109 Say (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, let him do righteous works, and let him associate none with the worship of his Lord." 110
