Verily We bestowed the Book upon Moses. So entertain no doubt if (the Prophet Muhammad) received the same. We had made that Book a guidance for the Children of Israel, 23 When they were patient, We made from them leaders, guiding with Our Command and they were certain of Our verses. 24 Verily thy Lord! He shall decide between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing. 25 Is it not a guidance to them, how many generations We destroyed before them in whose dwelling-places they walk? Surely in that are signs; what, will they not hear? 26 Have they not seen how We lead the water to the barren land and therewith bring forth crops whereof their cattle eat, and they themselves? Will they not then see? 27 They say: “If you are truthful, (tell us) when will the Judgement come?” 28 Say thou: on the day of the Decision their belief will not profit those who have disbelieved; nor will they be respited. 29 Turn away from them and wait. They are, also, waiting. 30
