Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I swear by all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 And indeed it (this Quran) will be an anguish for the disbelievers (on the Day of Resurrection). 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty. 52

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
