The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
