[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and darkened its night, and brought forth its forenoon; 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And had preferred the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
