Highly blessed is He, Who has made fortified spheres in the heavens and has set in it a "lamp" and a shining moon. 61 It is He who made the night and day an alternation for him who cares to reflect and be grateful. 62 The (faithful) slaves of the Beneficent are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish ones address them answer: Peace; 63 and those who spend the night prostrating themselves, and standing before their Lord, 64 And who submit, “Our Lord – avert the punishment of hell from us; indeed its punishment is a permanent neck-shackle.” 65 Lo! it is wretched as abode and station; 66 And those who when they expend, are neither extravagant nor sparing, and it is a medium in-between. 67 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 save him who repents, and believes, and does righteous work -- those, God will change their evil deeds into good deeds, for God is ever All-forgiving, All-compassionate; 70 and whosoever repents, and does righteousness, he truly turns to God in repentance. 71 and those who do not bear false witness, and when they pass by idle talk, pass by with honor 72 and who, whenever they are reminded of their Sustainer's messages, do not throw themselves upon them [as if] deaf and blind; 73 They pray, "Lord, let our spouses and children be the delight of our eyes and ourselves examples for the pious ones." 74 They will be rewarded the highest position in heaven, the recompense of their patience, and they will be welcomed with honour and greetings of peace. 75 Abiding eternally therein. Good is the settlement and residence. 76 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “You have no value before My Lord if you do not worship Him; so you have denied – therefore the punishment that remains, will occur.” 77
