28 verses, revealed in Mecca after A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf) before Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Say, "It has been revealed to me that a band of the jinn listened [to the Quran] and they said, "We have heard a really wonderful recital, 1 "which guides to the Right Way; so we have come to believe in it, and we will not associate aught with Our Lord in His Divinity”; 2 our Lord is too exalted to have either a wife or son. 3 and that “the foolish among us have been wont to say outrageous things about Allah”; 4 'But we do think that no man or spirit should say aught that untrue against Allah. 5 "Certain human beings sought refuge with certain jinn and this increased the rebelliousness of those jinn. 6 And they had thought, as you thought, that Allah would never send anyone [as a messenger]. 7 And that we sought to reach heaven, but we found it filled with strong guards and flaming stars. 8 'And verily, we used to sit there in stations, to (steal) a hearing, but any who listens now will find a flaming fire watching him in ambush. 9 "'And [now we have become aware] that we [created beings] may not know whether evil fortune is intended for [any of] those who live on earth, or whether it is their Sustainer's will to endow them with consciousness of what is right: 10 And among us there are righteous folk and among us there are far from that. We are sects having different rules. 11 And that we know that we cannot escape Allah in the earth, nor can we escape Him by flight: 12 When we heard the guidance, we believed in it; and whosoever believes in his Lord, he shall fear neither paltriness nor vileness. 13 ‘And that some among us are Muslims and some are the unjust; and whoever has accepted Islam – it is they who have thought rightly.’ 14 but those who deviated from the Truth, will be the fuel for Hell.” 15 If they had followed the right path, We would have provided them with abundant rain -- 16 That We might try them thereby. And whosoever turns away from the Reminder of his Lord (i.e. this Quran, and practice not its laws and orders), He will cause him to enter in a severe torment (i.e. Hell). 17 "And the places of worship are for Allah (alone): So invoke not any one along with Allah; 18 When the servant of God stood calling on Him, they were wellnigh upon him in swarms. 19

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
