The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 And the most wicked will stay away from it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
