So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And by whatsoever you see not, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not poet's speech - little is it that ye believe! 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 A sending down from the Lord of all Being. 43 And had he fabricated just one matter upon Us – 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 yet it is a certain truth. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
