Al-Imraan 11 of 20
O you who have attained to faith! Be conscious of God with all the consciousness that is due to Him, and do not allow death to overtake you ere you have surrendered yourselves unto Him. 102 Hold fast to the cord of God and let nothing divide you. Remember the blessings He has bestowed upon you; you were enemies and then He united your hearts and by His grace you became brothers; you were on the brink of an abyss of Fire and He rescued you from it. Thus God makes His signs clear to you, so that you may find guidance. 103 And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful. 104 Be not like those who are divided amongst themselves and fall into disputations after receiving Clear Signs: For them is a dreadful penalty,- 105 On the Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) when some faces will become white and some faces will become black; as for those whose faces will become black (to them will be said): "Did you reject Faith after accepting it? Then taste the torment (in Hell) for rejecting Faith." 106 And for those whose faces will become white, they will be in Allah's Mercy (Paradise), therein they shall dwell forever. 107 These are God's messages: We convey them unto thee, setting forth the truth, since God wills no wrong to His creation. 108 And to Allah only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth; and towards Allah only is the return of all matters. 109
