The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
