The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11
