Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 And removed your burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
