The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the morning brightness, 1 and by the night when it darkens, 2 Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you]. 3 The reward in the next life will certainly be better for you than worldly gains. 4 Verily your Lord will soon give you so amply that you will be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find thee an orphan and give thee shelter (and care)? 6 Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)? 7 And did He not find you in want, and then enriched you? 8 Wherefore as to the orphan, be thou not unto him overbearing. 9 and chide not him who asks, 10 But the bounty of the Lord - rehearse and proclaim! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
