▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
