Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And We are certainly able to show thee (in fulfilment) that against which they are warned. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 that I should do righteousness in that I forsook' No! It is only a word which he will speak. Behind them there shall stand a barrier till the Day that they shall be resurrected. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and therein they will grin, with displaced lips (disfigured). 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will reply, "Lord, our hard-heartedness overcame us and we went astray. 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 He will say: 'Slink there in it and do not speak to Me' 108 There was a section among My creatures that said: 'O Lord, we believe. Forgive us and have mercy upon us, for You are the best of the merciful.' 109 But ye chose them for a laughing-stock until they caused you to forget remembrance of Me, while ye laughed at them. 110 Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]." 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Then high exalted be God, the King, the True! There is no god but He? the Lord of the noble Throne. 116 He who invokes any other god along with Allah " one for whom he has no evidence" his reckoning is with his Lord alone. Indeed, these unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
