۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 they have enraged us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
