And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We helped them, so that they were the victors; 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and at night.
