Most surely We help Our apostles, and those who believe, in this world's life and on the day when the witnesses shall stand 51 The day on which the unjust will not gain any benefit from their excuses, and for them is the curse, and for them is the wretched home. 52 And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)], 53 a guide and an admonition to men of understanding. 54 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And ask forgiveness of thy sin, and hymn the praise of thy Lord at fall of night and in the early hours. 55 Behold, as for those who call God's messages in question without having any evidence therefore in their hearts is nothing but overweening self-conceit, which they will never be able to satisfy: seek thou, then, refuge with God - for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing! 56 Surely the creation of the heavens and the earth is a greater act than the creation of human beings. But most people do not know. 57 Just as the blind and the seeing are not equal, so are the righteously striving believers and the sinners are not equal. How little to this you pay attention. 58 Indeed the Last Day will surely come, there is no doubt in it – but most people do not accept faith. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
