AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day which they are promised. 60
True are the words of God the Almighty.
